Transforming lives through education

Educate to Transform: Our Journey in 2024

In a world of constant challenges and opportunities, we reaffirm our mission every year: educate to transform. Today, we impact the lives of more than 1.3 million students, promoting inclusion, innovation and quality in higher education.

In 2024, we began a new strategic cycle, strengthening cash generation and focusing on operational excellence. Our national presence expanded with the acquisition of Centro Universitário Newton Paiva in Minas Gerais and Edufor in Maranhão, consolidating our commitment to quality education.

Academic excellence continued to rise, with all our educational institutions rated 4 and 5 by the MEC. Additionally, we made significant progress in our ESG agenda, being recognized by the B3 Corporate Sustainability Index and in 2024 we maintained our position as the only higher education institution in Brazil classified as an ESG Leader with 'AA' rating by MSCI.

Thank you to everyone who is part of this journey!

Yduqs has a non-negotiable commitment to the employability and professional development of its students. We know that quality education must go beyond the classroom and prepare students to enter the job market.

In 2024, we significantly enhanced the Careers Portal, an innovative platform connecting students to job market opportunities. The main novelty was Scan, an artificial intelligence system recommending jobs aligned with each student's profile and skills.

  • 292 thousand students accessed the platform
  • 91 thousand job openings posted throughout the year
  • 19 thousand resumes completed and optimized
  • 13 career events held with participation from major companies

Beyond formal employment, we encourage an entrepreneurial mindset among our students. Our programs include mentoring, innovation courses and access to networking with experts from various fields.

One of the key metrics reinforcing Yduqs' positive impact on the job market is our graduates' employability. Our latest data shows:
