Transforming lives through education

Educating to Transform: Our Journey in 2025

In 2025, we strengthened Yduqs Group’s mission of Educating to Transform, expanding the impact of education on the lives of our 1.4 million students. Advances in academic quality and student experience, combined with business growth, resulted in solid financial performance. We ended the year with robust results, including R$500 million in shareholder cash flow and R$180 million in net income.

Over the past year, we reached a milestone in the expansion of artificial intelligence across Yduqs, reinforcing our ambition to play a leading role in this transformation. This progress was supported by R$252.2 million in investments in technology and innovation, which enabled us to expand the application of AI across the entire academic journey.

At the same time, we continued to strengthen an essential pillar of our strategy: people. By placing students, employees, faculty and partners at the center of our decisions - with a focus on experience, development, well-being and stronger relationships - we consolidated our most valuable competitive advantage.

We thank our employees, faculty, students, partners, shareholders and investors for their continued trust and support, which allow us to strengthen Yduqs as one of the largest education groups in Brazil and to consistently contribute to improving the quality of higher education in the country.

We thank everyone who is part of this journey.
