Yduqs Wins First Edition of the EXAME Award for People Management 2024
On October 17, Yduqs received a significant recognition by winning the inaugural EXAME Award for People Management. The event, held in São Paulo, highlighted Yduqs as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil, emphasizing its excellent practices in people management.
Representing Yduqs at the ceremony were theVice President Cláudia Romano, the Director of People Renata Mendonça, and the Legal Director Paula Dias. The award, in partnership with the Consultancy Mercer and the technology company Slik, aims to map employee experience and recognize companies that excel in this area.
Commitment to People
Eduardo Parente, President of Yduqs, emphasized the importance of the recognition: “This award is a recognition of our commitment to people, which starts with our leaders and permeates the entire organization. Present at the award ceremony, Cláudia Romano shared her perspective on the recognition: “I have been a witness for 20 years to countless wonderful people who have left their legacy and contributed to building our institution. We have an impressive engagement rate of 90% on general topics, reflecting our commitment to valuing employee experience, their recognition, and the importance they hold for the company. While we still have much to improve, we choose to be here every day, motivated by this challenge and passionate about the people in our team. This award crowns this journey, and I can only thank our collaborators, our leaders who make this happen, and incredible individuals: our CEO, Eduardo Parente, our Senior Director of People, Renan Brandão, and our amazing Director of People, Renata Mendonça. It’s a privilege to witness all of this; I’m thrilled!”
